The Challenge
The key challenge was to design a brand identity that felt distinct without being expressive or ornamental. Project Coop required a logo system that could communicate collaboration and professionalism while remaining minimal, adaptable, and grounded in architectural principles. Avoiding visual noise while still creating a recognizable and confident identity was essential.

Process
Brand Definition – Clarified the studio’s values, tone, and positioning with a focus on structure, clarity, and collaboration.
Concept Development – Explored logo directions based on geometry, proportion, and spatial balance inspired by architectural forms.
Logo Design – Designed a refined logotype and mark emphasizing clean lines, spacing, and visual order.
Identity System – Built a minimal brand system including typography, spacing rules, and visual hierarchy to ensure consistency across applications.
Solution
A clean, structured logo paired with a restrained brand identity system that reflects architectural clarity and collaborative thinking. The solution prioritizes balance, negative space, and typographic discipline allowing the identity to remain flexible while maintaining a strong and recognizable presence across digital and print applications.

Conclusion
The final logo and brand identity present Project Coop as a calm, confident, and contemporary design studio. The system is flexible, scalable, and timeless—capable of living across print, digital, and spatial applications. By focusing on clarity and restraint, the identity reinforces Project Coop’s architectural mindset and establishes a strong, lasting visual presence.
